Partners working with Citizens Advice Belfast

PARTNERS

WE WORK CLOSELY WITH A NUMBER OF OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO HELP US OFFER YOU THE BEST POSSIBLE SUPPORT!

PARTNER WITH US

Citizens Advice Belfast believes in working in partnership with other organisations to deliver effective services to people when they most need it. Partnerships between statutory, private and voluntary organisations enable us to provide innovative advice solutions and add value to your existing services.

We are supported by Citizens Advice Northern Ireland in the delivery of services and we work in partnership with them to deliver Pension Wise and Money Advice Services to the citizens of Belfast.

We enjoy a long-standing relationship with Macmillan and work closely with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust.  This partnership helps us offer fast and effective help to those living with cancer.

We partner with Chest Heart and Stroke providing an e-referral advice service to their users with the aim of maximising their income. We work alongside their staff and mirror their aims to provide assistance and build confidence for those affected by stroke or respiratory problems.

We are supported by the Department for Communities and receive funds from them to deliver general advice services to the citizens of Belfast.

We joined forces with the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in 2015 targeting a small number of those affected by the condition. The service is flexible, innovative and offers variety in how the advice is delivered.

Citizens Advice Belfast has worked closely with the Health and Social Care Trust since 1993. The partnership means people with sensory impairment and physical disabilities, as well as Trust staff, have access to dedicated advisers.

Together with new partners, Positive Life, Citizens Advice can ensure those living with HIV are aware of their entitlements and rights.  We are delighted to receive funding from the Big Lottery Fund via Positive Life in support of the project.

The funding received from Belfast City Council is of unique importance. It allows our services in Central, East and North Belfast to thrive, as well as in the Falls, Suffolk and Shankill areas of the city.

We work with the Cedar Foundation to support them in enabling people with disabilities to get the most out of life and to be fully included in their communities. We provide specialist benefits and housing information.  We support their mission ensuring that people make informed decisions in order that they can live the lives they choose.
